General Situation
Tropical Cyclone Ului (995hPa; near 14.5S, 164.7E) lies west northwest of Santo, is expected to move west northwest. Meanwhile an intensive high pressure system over the Tasman Sea.

Forecast
Clockwise winds of 25 to 35 knots expected over all open waters of Vanuatu with very rough seas to 4.5 metres. Moderate to heavy swells and poor visibility expected in showers of rain and thunder.
